Welcome to Blue Bell Physical Therapy. Blue Bell Physical Therapy is a locally owned rehabilitation service focusing on providing the highest quality of physical, occupational and speech therapy to those in our community.
We are committed to providing clinical excellence by looking at each client individually and establishing an effective rehabilitation program to meet his/her specific needs. Our services emphasize those issues and skills that are important to each client's sense of well being. We focus on achieving each client's maximum level of function whether that involves reintegration into the community or functioning more safely and independently within that assisted living environment.
Our Rehabilitation services are provided in coordination with facility goals and programs. This allows us to more effectively attain for quick resolution of issues and prompt initiation of effective interventions. Consistent therapist involvement allows for quick resolution and prompt initiation of effective interventions.

Nando Addari, MSPT, ATC, has over 15 years of experience in orthopedics. From 1992 to 1996, worked at the University of Pennsylvania Sportsmedicine Center and worked extensively with the student athletes. From 1994 to 1997, he served as an adjunct Professor at Temple University lecturing on the rehabilitation of the knee, back and shoulder. His philosophy is to provide one on one hands on treatment with each patient. In his spare time, Nando enjoys exercise and spending time with his family. |
Karen Schlenner received her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2007. She began her career in Chester County in the fall of 2007 working for both an outpatient orthopedics facility and the Jennersville Hospital as an acute care inpatient physical therapist. During this time, she shadowed both inpatient and outpatient medical doctors and a physical therapist shoulder rehabilitation specialist. She relocated to Plymouth Meeting in 2009 and began working for Blue Bell Physical Therapy that summer. Karen is bilingual, able to communicate in both Spanish and English. She is direct access certified which allows her to treat patients without a prescription or referral from a physician.
Karen enjoys cooking and singing; is an animal lover, a former athlete/gymnast and current exercise enthusiast, as well as a frequent traveler. |

Jacqueline Petery, PT has over 17 years of experience practicing Physical Therapy in a variety of settings. Jackie graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 1990. While working at Bryn Mawr Rehab she gained experience in treating patients with neurological injuries, such as strokes and head trauma, aquatic therapy and outpatient industrial rehabilitation. Jackie moved back to Penn State, where she had played Lacrosse as an undergraduate student, to take on the challenge of managing an outpatient therapy center for HealthSouth in State College. During this time she worked closely with University Physicians treating a variety of Orthopedic diagnoses including injuries to the spine and feet, as well as performing industrial ergonomic assessments. Upon returning to the local area, Jackie continued working in the Outpatient Orthopedic field and gained valuable experience with the Geriatric Population while serving as the Assistant Director of Physical Therapy at the Montgomery County Geriatric Center. For the last 7 years Jackie has been part of the team at Blue Bell Physical Therapy working in the Outpatient Clinic and helping to develop a number of local Geriatric Programs. Jackie is the mother of 3 children. She coaches her children in a variety of sports. Jackie also enjoys spending time with her family, running and cooking in her free time. |

, Physical Therapy Assistant graduated from Alvernia College in 1995
with an Associates Degree in Science. She grew up locally and began her career
in an outpatient setting in Lansdale. After 2 years of honing her skills, she
went to New York and worked in another outpatient setting and gained valuable
experience working with patients in an aquatic setting. After 2 years in New
York, she returned home to Lansdale and has been working in various outpatient
settings. She joined Blue Bell Physical Therapy in October 2009. Megan is
qualified to practice with her Indirect Supervision Certificate which she obtained
in 2009. This allows her to operate a clinic if the physical therapist is not
on site.
In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with
her daughter. |
