Kelly Incelli, PTA

Kelly Incelli, PTA is originally from New York and moved to Pennsylvania as a teenager.  She graduated from MCCC PTA program in December 2021.  She chose this profession after witnessing her mom under go successful rehabilitation on her knee.  She enjoys reading a good biography, country music and walking Jasmine, her lab mix puppy.
