Stretching properly helps your muscles to warm up for exercise, preventing injury or excess strain. Stretching can also be a great alternative - to Physical Therapy. Therefore, we're offering a new "Stretch Camp" service for anyone who is interested in learning more about stretching and how you can use it to prevent injury, loosen up your muscles, and as a practical alternative to coming to our P.T office for less serious injuries or strains.
